La Playa Consulting, Inc. (LPC) was founded by Chuck Hope to support developers and investors in the emerging man-made surf park industry. The company plays a crucial role in strategic and technical decision-making, from site selection and Wavegarden wave technology support to the execution of a surf lagoon from its inception to the grand opening.

LPC has participated in the initial site development and the design/engineering of the lagoon for various surf park projects across North America.
