LPC assisted Wavegarden and the development team with geotechnical and civil engineering studies to optimize the surf basin design, including the location and elevation on the site, as well as developed a schematic construction cost estimate for the lagoon. LPC is working directly with Aventuur as the Lagoon Technical Consultant for the design and permitting phase.
